Measure the installed machine
Real mounting, structure, load and process conditions shape the vibration. Diagnostics start from the asset as it actually operates.
Engineering-led industrial diagnostics
EchoShift provides on-site vibration diagnostics and condition monitoring for industrial rotating machinery. We combine practical measurement and engineering analysis to help maintenance teams understand a machine concern and decide what to do next.
Why EchoShift
Vibration measurements are useful when they answer a maintenance question. EchoShift considers how the machine operates, checks the evidence and reports what the findings support.
That starts with diagnostic snapshots for a specific machine concern. Where the asset justifies longer observation, the same engineering approach extends into continuous condition monitoring.
I founded EchoShift to make industrial vibration diagnostics and condition monitoring more accessible to the businesses that depend on their machinery.
I lead both the technology development and commercial direction of EchoShift, bringing together sensing, software and diagnostic engineering. My focus is on turning that technical work into something useful for manufacturers: a clearer understanding of machine condition and a practical basis for maintenance decisions.
The standard I’m building EchoShift around is straightforward—technical depth, clear communication and direct accountability. Whether the starting point is a focused diagnostic visit or ongoing monitoring, the service should fit the machinery and help the people responsible for keeping it running.
Engineering principles
Measurement quality, operating conditions and clear reasoning guide each investigation.
Real mounting, structure, load and process conditions shape the vibration. Diagnostics start from the asset as it actually operates.
Speed, load, measurement position and recent maintenance are part of the evidence, not admin added after the analysis.
Overall vibration, spectra, harmonics, bearing-envelope features and trend are applied where they genuinely help answer the maintenance question.
Machine-to-machine comparison, multiple measurement points and environmental context can help prevent surrounding vibration being mistaken for the fault source.
A strong finding should show why it is strong. Where more evidence would improve the decision, the next useful measurement or inspection is made clear.
One-off diagnostics, repeat measurements and continuous monitoring are different tools. The machine should get the level of observation it actually needs.
What EchoShift provides
Services are built around rotating machinery and the maintenance decisions that follow from its condition.
Focused site visits when a machine has changed and a maintenance team needs useful vibration evidence.
Structured analysis across machine positions and operating context to investigate abnormal behaviour.
Bearing-focused analysis including higher-frequency and envelope methods when rolling-element condition is part of the question.
Ongoing observation for critical assets where trend and intermittent behaviour cannot be captured in a single visit.
Machine scope
The diagnostic method follows the rotating train and the available measurement paths, from the motor and bearings through couplings, gearboxes and driven equipment.
Motor bearings, coupling, frame, base and driven-machine vibration.
