Information we collect

When you contact EchoShift or request a diagnostic, we may receive your name, company, email address, phone number, site or postcode, machine details, enquiry notes and any optional files you choose to attach.

Why we use it

We use enquiry information to respond to you, review and arrange services, prepare quotations or scopes, maintain relevant business records and communicate about the work you have asked us to discuss.

Website forms

Website form submissions are transmitted using FormSubmit, a third-party form-processing service, so the enquiry can be delivered to EchoShift by email. Do not include confidential production data, passwords or information that is not needed for your enquiry.

How long we keep information

Enquiry and service correspondence is kept only for as long as reasonably needed for the business relationship, record keeping and any applicable legal or accounting requirements.

Your choices

You can ask EchoShift to correct or delete information you have provided where applicable. You can also contact us if you have a question about how your enquiry information is being handled.
