UK enquiries for industrial machinery diagnostics

EchoShift is Birmingham-based and delivers industrial diagnostics, condition monitoring and engineering support across the UK, with established West Midlands strength. Unexpected vibration, a bearing concern or a change in how a machine runs? Tell us what is happening and where the machine is so we can qualify the right diagnostic or condition-monitoring approach.

24-hour enquiry line. Start with what has changed; you don’t need to know the diagnosis.

What can EchoShift help with?

Start with your machine or the problem you want to understand. These pages explain our applications and services. You can also call if you are unsure which fits.

Your machinery

The question you need answered

Scope first. Price confirmed before booking.

Diagnostic snapshots from £125. Ongoing monitoring starts from £75 per monitored asset/month where appropriate. Installation, commissioning and wider scope are quoted separately where applicable.

These are reference starting prices for EchoShift services. We qualify the machinery, site location, travel and scope before confirming a price. They do not promise fixed-price nationwide attendance or universal monitoring availability, and do not set external specialist pricing.

From problem to next step

How EchoShift handles an enquiry

  1. Tell us what changed

Tell us about the machine, the symptoms and the impact on production. We’ll gather the practical details so you only need to explain the problem once.

  2. EchoShift qualifies the work

We qualify the requirement and deliver the appropriate engineering response, directly where appropriate or through coordinated specialist or regional capability. You deal with EchoShift through qualification and coordination.

  3. Agree the right next step

Where appropriate, EchoShift handles the work directly. We confirm the scope, timing and price with you before any work is booked.

Where specialist or regional engineering support is required, EchoShift coordinates suitable engineering capability for the job. Anyone we introduce must first be vetted and approved for the relevant work, including its requirements and limitations. We agree the commercial route and ask your permission before sharing necessary details with a named specialist. Availability is confirmed for the particular job; an enquiry is not automatically distributed.

A practical conversation

What we’ll ask

A short description is enough to start. Share what you know; EchoShift can follow up on anything that needs clarification.

  • The machinery or asset type and how many assets are involved.
  • The site location or postcode.
  • The symptoms, what changed and any urgency or production impact.
  • Your preferred timing and callback or contact details.
