Industrial vibration diagnostics in Northern Ireland
Is a motor vibrating, a conveyor gearbox becoming noisy or a pump running roughly? EchoShift provides industrial vibration diagnostics and on-site assessments for Northern Ireland's industrial machinery. Start with a focused snapshot or discuss condition monitoring for suitable assets.
Snapshot vibration diagnostics from £125. Scope and travel agreed before booking.
24-hour enquiry line. Attendance and callback timing are agreed separately.
Managed condition monitoring from £75 per monitored asset per month for suitable assets. Installation and commissioning quoted separately.
Regional engineering call-outs and on-site assessments
Industrial diagnostics, based in Birmingham — supporting sites across the UK. EchoShift provides regional engineering call-outs, on-site diagnostic assessments, vibration analysis and condition monitoring. For engineering enquiries and support in Northern Ireland, our telephone line is available 24 hours a day. Tell us what's happening with your machinery, and we'll agree the scope, attendance time and price before work is booked.
Already collecting vibration data? Read the planned customer-supplied data review scope. That route is not open for submissions. Do not send vibration datasets or confidential production information through the enquiry forms or email.
Vibration analysis for installed and workshop machinery
Northern Ireland's engineering and materials-handling businesses may need help with their own plant or with equipment they make or maintain for a customer. Identify the affected motor and driven assembly, then say where the symptom occurs and under what load.
A snapshot provides focused measurements, interpretation and a findings summary for the agreed equipment. An unloaded workshop run may not reproduce vibration seen in an installed conveyor or drive. We explain what the proposed measurement can address and what would need to be checked at the operating site.
See vibration diagnostics, gearbox diagnostics and conveyor drive diagnostics. Give the actual installed location when asking for a quotation so we can scope the assessment accurately.
Snapshot diagnostics and managed monitoring prices
Snapshot vibration diagnostics from £125. This is a starting reference for suitable scope, not a fixed-price visit to Northern Ireland. Asset count, travel, access, timing and the agreed work affect the quotation.
Managed condition monitoring from £75 per monitored asset per month for suitable assets. Installation and commissioning are scoped and quoted separately. See snapshot diagnostics and managed condition monitoring for the service routes.
EchoShift agrees the machinery scope, installed location, site access, timing and price before booking. You have one point of contact for the diagnostic assessment and agreed follow-up.
Belfast Antrim and the eastern counties
For Belfast, Newtownabbey, Carrickfergus, Lisburn and Antrim, identify the equipment's owner and the contact able to authorise access. Include Down, Ards and North Down enquiries through this route.
For Ballymena, Larne and the Causeway coast, state whether the concern is at a production site, workshop or another installed location. If the machine belongs to a customer, clarify where the work would take place before requesting a quotation.
Mid Ulster and the southern manufacturing corridor
For Dungannon, Cookstown, Magherafelt, Armagh, Craigavon, Portadown, Banbridge and Newry, describe the drive and the task it performs. If a machine handles material, include the operating load and when the symptom is noticed.
The useful question is not simply whether a drive can run, but whether the proposed operating arrangement represents the concern. Send any specifications or earlier observations already available. Motor vibration diagnostics and pump diagnostics explain those asset pathways.
North west and western sites
For Derry/Londonderry, Strabane, Limavady, Fermanagh and Omagh, provide the full installed-site postcode and a contact familiar with the machinery. Distinguish the collection or workshop address from the place where the symptom occurs.
If timing is important, give the date of the maintenance decision and the next useful running window. We agree the diagnostic scope and attendance timing with you before booking.
Prepare the brief before travel is quoted
- Asset type, reference and the number of machines involved.
- Installed location and postcode, plus any separate workshop address.
- Whether you operate, manufacture or maintain the equipment for someone else.
- Symptom, duty, known speed or load and recent changes.
- Available run window, access requirements and authorising contact.
- Urgency, the decision required and your preferred callback time.
The first call can establish missing information. It is a qualification conversation, not a substitute for measurements needed to diagnose a machine.
Questions about location and delivery
Can we enquire before we know whether travel is worthwhile?
Yes. Give us the machinery brief and the decision you need to make. We can establish what information and practical arrangements would be needed before a visit or another suitable route is proposed.
Does a manufacturing enquiry include testing a product for certification?
No certification or product-approval service is implied. Explain the particular machinery concern and any formal requirement so suitability can be checked before work is accepted.
Does this page also promise service in the Republic of Ireland?
No. This page is for Northern Ireland enquiries. If the equipment is elsewhere, state its actual country and location so we can respond accurately about what, if anything, can be offered.
Tell us where the machine actually operates
Call with the installed location and the symptom, or send the brief through the enquiry form.
